His expertise spans multiple regions, including five years in Brazil, where he led the establishment of a new R&D centre for the LATAM region with UPL Ltd., focusing on innovation and regulatory strategies. Additionally, he successfully managed the China team for four years, overseeing global techno-commercial operations, supply chain optimization, and market expansion.

Dr. Avinash Bagle, Director and Co-founder of Green Agrocare and Polymers Pvt. Ltd. He has over 14 years of experience in Agro-formulation Research and Development (R&D). His expertise lies in the formulation of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and biostimulants, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions for modern agriculture.
With a strong background in formulation chemistry, Dr. Avinash has contributed significantly to the development of novel, eco-friendly, and cost-effective agrochemical products. His work includes emulsifiable concentrates (EC/ME), suspension concentrates (SC), water-dispersible granules (WDG), microencapsulation, controlled-release formulations and new generation formulations. He has been instrumental in patentable innovations within agrochemical formulations, optimizing stability, bioavailability, and efficacy while adhering to regulatory guidelines and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Dr. Avinash has associated with Indofil industries limited, JDM Research (CRO) and successfully led multiple projects in recipe development, process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer, product commercialization, working closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, quality control, IPR and manufacturing.

During his tenure, he has worked on New Product development thru innovative, non-infringing processes, facilitating smooth technology transfer to commercialization through his path breaking solutions.
He has the experience & also the required skillsets to establish new businesses under CRAMS model with close collaboration & partnerships with MNCs across the globe.
